Initially this high end development in Frankston by the Asian Pacific Group was branded and sold as Peninsula on the Bay. Having run a mass marketing campaign to the general public using this branding for quite some time, they found that investment sales enquiries had plateaued. They were now at risk of exhausting their sales message which could have a negative impact on the brand.

Asian Pacific Group’s insight into potential sales leads sought to rectify the 45% of apartments still for sale. The challenge was a complete overhaul of the brand, design and sales strategy from general public to a more exclusive wholesale approach through brokers and agents both nationally and internationally. The decision to re-name, re-brand and design to meet the commercial launch of Harmony Sky saw a spike in interested investors and has resulted in over 90% of the remaining apartments sold and occupied to date.
