Water Our World Conference
- Eslyn Heng Jeen Yii, RMIT
Create and design a conference for a professional field by using details extracted and translated from an interview with a professional in the industry.
The selected professional works in Paris in a waste management facility as an application engineer. After undergoing a few thorough interviews with him, I’ve extracted 4 key details related to his field – a language/code that he and his peers understood.
GRIDS, ELEMENTS, ELIMINATION, SEPARATION.
Using details through a conceptual approach, it helped shape the conference and it’s design.
The main theme running throughout the final imagery depicts the cycle of the water from the source to the discharge in the eco-system.
When the elements are placed together, it shows how wastewater treatment plants affect the environment as a whole.
