Since launching in 1991, Fashion Journal has gained a reputation as one of Australia’s leading fashion and lifestyle titles. We worked with Fashion Journal to overhaul their editorial website experience and grow their audiences.

Flexibility and consistency were dual objectives we considered when designing Fashion Journal’s online experience. Our flexible templates adapt to different content varietals and respond to various news stories, image formats and commercial integrations. From a user perspective, the site is simple, intuitive and coherent. A complex back-end, built for simplicity.

Garment labels and tags are a graphic device used to introduce editorial headlines, highlight sections and signpost sponsored content. As well as being a visual cue for fashion, they respond to editorial needs and signpost content for a better user experience.
