Ashleigh Jessup Sustainable Fabrics Collection

Description

Sparked from 80s and 90s nostalgia, childhood and creativity, this collection combines warmth of memories of childhood and home through use of colour, shape, pattern and texture. Like a misbehaved child drawing on a blank wall, my designs are instinctively playful, innocent and organic. Hand finished with soft wool textiles and printed patterns, these designs are comfortable, easy to wear and unique. Inspired by Grandma’s clothes mixed with Will Smith on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air and a dash of pop icons Wham. This collection was inspired by how our memories of childhood become subconscious influences on our lives.
